Had a “waffle” day with my friends. I’m a waffle lover especially the ones with ice cream on the top. So yummy. I love anything that has a combination of hot n cold together. For example, molten lava cake with ice cream, Japanese hot crepes with ice cream, etc. It’s making me hungry even just thinking about it.
The Yummy Mabo Tofu
I’m a tofu lover and this is the first time I’ve cooked this dish – Mabo Tofu.
I have to “edit” the ingredients a little bit. Partly, because I refused to eat ginger. And yes, I’m a picky eater.
Just can't get enough.
This is quite a challenging dish for me as I don’t cook frequently. Surprising, I manage to wipe out this edible plate of Mabo Tofu. I’m quite proud of myself.
